We encourage everyone to attend as this will be in-person only. First time officers will also be inducted into their official roles for their clubs during the morning welcome.

At the summer leadership institute (SLI), our focus was ensuring that all club officers became familiar with their individual roles. For WLI, our focus is on working together as an Executive Committee for the benefit of your club. To do that, DL5 Marilynn Vaughan will facilitate our main training topic entitled “Leading the Club to Success” and will focus on Goal Setting, Club Success Plan, Time Management, and a SWOT Analysis of your clubs.

After the training session, we will have a working lunch where each club officer executive committee will determine one specific goal to accomplish by March 31, 2024, to improve their club. This goal will be put into your club success plan and shared with your Area and Division Leaders. Therefore, it is important that every club officer makes a concerted effort to attend this training with their club executive committee.

Registration for WLI is closed.

Lunch, drinks, and snacks for the day will be made available to purchase for the price of $15 and can be ordered at time of registration.

The 2023 WLI Agenda is jammed packed so get ready for an exciting and informative day. We are excited to see you in person.  Class registration and lunch payment must be completed by December 3, 2023, at 12 Midnight.
