Kathy serves as the District 66 Education Chairperson and oversees the District 66 Learning Institute and its subcommittees; which includes developing the training schedule; identifying, training, and coaching instructors; the training video library as well as the SME library; and designing and building curricula. Kathy has served as an Education Chairperson at the Division level for many years, and has been an adult educator for over 35 years to include developing training programs and curricula for federal government agencies such as the Secret Service and FBI, the Department of Defense, and many commercial enterprises.

While Kathy focuses on Division Directors and Kristine on Area Directors, both can assist you as needed.
