Strong clubs start with well-trained leaders. As we kick off the new Toastmasters year, we are thrilled to announce that the District 218 Summer Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) schedule is officially live! Check out the attached flyer to plan your training journey.
To ensure our leaders are fully equipped for success, training requirements have been expanded this year. Whether you are a club officer, Area Director, or Division Director, these enhanced sessions are designed to give you the exact tools, strategies, and insights you need to thrive.
Here is a look at what is ahead:
- July Training Sessions (Virtual): Get your training done from the comfort of home. These sessions will be conducted via Zoom. Dates and times are listed on the attached flyer, and registration links will be posted as soon as they become available.
- August 8 Training Session (In-Person): This is a fantastic opportunity to step out from behind the screen to connect, learn, and collaborate face-to-face with fellow leaders across District 218, with options in both the NOVA and Richmond areas.
