Join Division B, Areas 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, and 27, for their Joint Area Speech Contests and support the contestants in the International and Table Topic speech contests.

The joint area contests will be held at St. Michael’s Catholic Church (4491 Springfield Street, Glen Allen, VA 23060).

Following the Division B Joint Area Speech contests, Division B will be holding a celebration.
