The Area 52, 54, & 55 speech contests will be held this year at Robertson Hall on Regent University. Each area will be hosting its Speech Evaluation Contest and International Speech Contest.

• Area 55 contest 8:30 – 10:30am
• Area 52 contest 11:00 – 1:00p.m.
• Area 54 contest 2:00 – 4pm.

Speakers and anyone with contest roles should arrive no later than thirty minutes prior to the contest start time. Please arrive early so we can get you checked in and be sure all information is correct and the contestants are qualified.

Contestant Eligibility Requirements For the International Speech Contest:

• Completed 6 speeches in the CC manual of the legacy education program
• or Levels 1 and 2 in a Pathways path

Contestants can volunteer, win a club contest or be elected as the contestant by club members.

Area 45 Contest will take place at 12:30 pm. Participant briefing at 12::15 pm.

The contests are the International Speech Contest and the Speech Evaluation Contest.

Did you ever wonder what Toastmasters is all about?
Come to the Danville Toastmasters Open House.
This will be a “typical meeting” supported by club members and Toastmasters from other clubs.
Guests will see “the product” and be given an opportunity to have their questions answered and even JOIN if they discover that this is for them.
