Check-in will begin @ 9:00 when the Library opens. Training will begin @ 9:30. On-line registration There is no parking lot for this branch of the library. There are two parking garages and several pay-to-park lots within easy walking distance. On street parking is limited to 1 or 2 hours on most streets around the library, even on a Saturday.

9:30 AM-12:30 PM 02/29/2020 12411 East Lynchburg-Salem Turnpike (Route 460), Forest, VA The 2 contests this year are International Speech Contest & Speech Evaluation Contest. Contest details are on toastmasters.org/leadership-central/speech-contests Area 11 has 5 active clubs therefore we could have 10 contestants if we have one for each contest from each club. Contestants can volunteer, win a club contest or be elected as the contestant by club members. Contestants must have completed 6 speeches in the CC manual of the legacy education program or Levels 1 and 2 in a Pathways path.
