Areas 22-26, 31-34 Speech Contests

Areas 22, 23, 24, & 26 (Division B) and Areas 31, 32, 33 & 34 (Division C) Speech contests will be jointly and virtual. The contests to be held are Humorous Speech Contest and International Speech Contest.
