Public Relations Office Hours
John Roberts, Public Relations Manager, holds office hours for all questions and concerns for promoting your club and membership building. This session is open to all members and is an open forum for discussion of successes and struggles in public relations and membership building. The first 15 minutes will be a presentation on one topic.
July’s topic is “Who want’s to join my club?”
The final 45 minutes of the club is an open discussion on any and all topics related to building your club’s visibility.

Founded on July 1, 1961, Toastmasters District 66 Covers most of the Commonwealth of Virginia from Fredericksburg to Virginia Beach to Harrisonburg to Roanoke. District 66 comprises over 80 clubs and over 1000 members across 6 Divisions.

DEC Advisors Office Hours
Kathy Reynolds, Division Advisor Office Hours
DEC is the District Executive Committee and these office hours are for Division and Area Directors. Kathy and Kristine are available to just chat or to help you work through questions you may have about your role, specific duties, or issues you have encountered with a team member or club. While Kathy focuses on Division Directors and Kristine on Area Directors, both can assist you as needed.
Kathy serves as an advisor to the District Executive Committee (DEC), specifically the Division and Area Directors. She has served the district as an Area Governor/Director many times and as its Division A Governor in 2011-2012. When not officially serving as a director, she has supported other Division and Area Directors by overseeing Toastmasters Learning Institutes, Club Officer Training, and contests; conducting club visits; and coaching and mentoring district leaders.
