We can talk about ways to encourage members to speak/take roles, keep track of progress, and answer any questions you might have.

DEC is the District Executive Committee and these office hours are for Division and Area Directors.   Kathy and Kristine are available to just chat or to help you work through questions you may have about your role, specific duties, or issues you have encountered with a team member or club. While Kathy focuses on Division Directors and Kristine on Area Directors, both can assist you as needed.

Kristine Vey serves as an advisor to the District Executive Committee (DEC).  She has served the District as an Area Director and a Division Director.  Outside of Toastmasters, she has been a Project Manager for more than 20 years and lives in Charlottesville.  She is currently a credentialed trainer and is looking forward to working with the Area and Division Directors to help them do the best job they can as we restart in person meetings!
