This is the Area 13 Speech Contest.
The event will be held at the Charlottesville Northside Library.

The 2 contests this year are International Speech Contest & Speech Evaluation Contest.

Contestant Eligibility Requirements For the International Speech Contest:
• Completed 6 speeches in the CC manual of the legacy education program
• or Levels 1 and 2 in a Pathways path

This is the Area Speech Contest for area 44 and 42. The event will be held at the Chesapeake Central Library.
