The Division D Speech contest will be hybrid. Location is James City Public Library, 7770 Croaker Road, Williamsburg VA 23188.

The contests to be held are Humorous Speech Contest and International Speech Contest.

    Join the Division A speech contest on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at the Central Virginia Community College in Lynchburg, VA.

    Contestants should arrive between 9 and 9:30.
