Area 11 has 5 active clubs therefore we could have 10 contestants if we have one for each contest from each club. Contestants can volunteer, win a club contest or be elected as the contestant by club members.
Contestants must have completed 6 speeches in the CC manual of the legacy education program or Levels 1 and 2 in a Pathways path.
