The Summer Leadership at District 66 will be held on July 17, 2021, from 8 am to 4 pm. |
| Toastmasters International requires all Club Officers to attend training on their officer role two times each year. The first |
| time in the summer and the second time in the winter. Toastmasters International refers to this training as TLI or |
| Toastmaster Leadership Institute. Here at District 66 we break that down into the Summer Leadership Institute (SLI) and |
| the Winter Leadership Institute (WLI). In addition to Club Officer Training (COT) offered, District 66 offers additional |
| training for all members and leaders to enhance their Toastmaster experience. |
| We are excited to be offering two opportunities to attend Club Officer Training (COT) that day. For those Toastmasters that |
| are new to their officer role, we offer the First-Timer training (FT). For those Toastmasters who have held their |
| officer role previously, we offer the Frequent Flyers Training (FF). Toastmaster International has recently updated |
| their training documents for Club Officer Training. We will be offering this updated training to the FF attendees. |

| From 8-8:30 am – Meeting opens for renaming, networking etc. |
| From 8:30-9 am – Announcements and Introduction of District Teams |
| From 9-10 am – Seminar on “The Servant Leader” |
| From 9-10 am – Seminar on “The Transformational Leader” |
| From 10-11 am – Seminar on “The Metamorphic Mentor” |
| From 10-11 am – Seminar on “The Cathartic Coach” |
| From 11-12:15 pm – Seminar on “Planning for Club Success” |
| From 12:15 – 1:00 pm – Break |
| From 1-2 pm – FT -President |
| From 1-2 pm – FT -VPM |
| From 1-2 pm – FT – Secretary |
| From 1-2 pm – FF – VPE |
| From 2-3 pm – FT – VPE |
| From 2-3 pm – FT – VPPR |
| From 2-3 pm – FF – Secretary/Treasurer |
| From 2-3 pm – FF – President/SAA |
| From 3-4 pm – FT – Treasurer |

| You can register for all classes using the District 66 registration software called “ProClass.” |
| To get to the ProClass website for registration, simply go to the Calendar and select one of |
| the classes listed on July 17, 2021. Then click on “Register.” If you have never registered |
| before, you will need to set up an account. |
