9:00 AM-10:00 AM 11/06/2021  DEC is the District Executive Committee and these office hours are for Division and Area Directors. Kathy and Kristine are available to just chat or to help you work through questions you may have about your role, specific duties, or issues you have encountered with a team member or club. While Kathy focuses on Division Directors and Kristine on Area Directors, both can assist you as needed. Kathy Reynolds serves as an advisor to the District Executive Committee (DEC), specifically the Division and Area Directors. She has served the district as an Area Governor/Director many times and as its Division A Governor in 2011-2012. When not officially serving as a director, she has supported other Division and Area Directors by overseeing Toastmasters Learning Institutes, Club Officer Training, and contests; conducting club visits; and coaching and mentoring district leaders.

She is currently a credentialed trainer and is looking forward to working with the Area and Division Directors to help them do the best job they can as we restart in person meetings!
