Online Meeting
This post serves as notice to all District Council Committee members (current club Presidents and Vice Presidents Education, as well as current voting members of the District Executive Committee) of the Annual District Council Committee meeting. The meeting will be held on Thursday, April 24, 2025, from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM ET.
The purpose of the meeting is to conduct district business, including voting for the 2025-2026 District Leadership (Candidates Corner). Electronic voting will be conducted during the meeting. Registration is required to form a quorum and vote on district business.
DEC members must register by April 20, 2025, for the April 24 meeting. Your registration as a club officer counts toward the quorum. DEC members can carry up to three (3) votes.

Please Note: Any officer who has not paid their dues or their club is not in good standing will be ineligible to vote.

The supporting documentation will be available on the District website by April 10, 2025. Notice will be sent to provide the location of the documents for your review.
Voting: Each member of the District Council Committee in attendance at a virtual Council Meeting is entitled to two votes if they are a president or vice president education in more than one club. Each District Council Committee member must cast their own vote. District Executive Committee members are entitled to three votes if they are a club president or vice president education in more than one club. When the voting process is conducted virtually, no proxies are permitted.
